To process New Business Annuity transactions and provide Annuity New Business Customer Service to clients over the phone.? Review, analyze and handle inquiries regarding New Business applications, ensuring adherence to FINRA, SEC and internal guidelines.?

Functional Responsibilities:?
? Answer calls from selling Agents and provide service support in review all new business applications and associated documentation for good order determination.?
? Answer inquiries from agents and assist in resolving pending issues.???
? Possesses a thorough knowledge of Section 72 Internal Revenue Code, and tax reporting and the ability to resolve escalated issues.??
? Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of administrative systems.?
? Highly organized to handle multiple tasks; plan and organize time and priorities to achieve high business results and handle special projects.?
? Works closely with internal departments to resolve new business pending issues.?
? Requires a Series 6 license within 3 months of hire.

Position Requirements:

? Must obtain FINRA (formerly NASD) Series 6 license within 90 days of hire.
? Minimum 2 years of college preferred.
? One year of solid, high-level customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
? Demonstrated outstanding customer service and communication skills
? Demonstrated ability to understand math and financial concepts
? Solid computer and keyboard skills
? Desire, willingness and ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
? Ability to work and succeed in a team environment
? Candidate must have the ability to work 9-6
